Manhattan Ferry
The ferry is located at 10 South Street, at the corner of South and Whitehall Streets, next to the Staten Island Ferry. It is a large green building with blue flags that say “Governors Island.”

This was not an Intergroup sponsored event so the source of funding were the event organizers Ayana and Katy. If you have not already done so, please consider making a 7th tradition donation (suggested donation is $5). If you prefer to pay by cash please seek out Ayana or Katy after the picnic at a local meeting to pay. Yes , we are using the honour system (rigorous honesty people).

Snacks and Light Refreshments will be served. For lunch please come prepared with a brown bag lunch or you can purchase lunch on Governor's Island. See one of the menus from Governor's Island.
Some suggestions:
- Please bring a towel/sheet to sit on.
- Bring sunblock, bug spray and whatever else you require to be in a grassy area.
Suggested Donation: $5. (Credit/Debit cards are accepted not just Paypal).
Internet Donations are preferred over cash.
